- Management-staff benefits: Approved updates to bring certain supervisory non-bargaining comp-time accrual rules in line with similar union-covered positions (raising the accrual cap referenced to align with language observed in bargaining-unit practice).
- AV upgrade: Awarded the lowest responsible bid to Communications Engineering Company to upgrade basement conference-room audiovisual systems (additional monitor and camera; multi-week completion window noted in bid documents).
- Specialty pharmacy program: Approved an addendum with Navatus (county PBM) to capture manufacturer coupon savings for specialty medications; staff said the program costs the county nothing to join and does not change member co-pays, but asked Navatus for reporting on realized savings.
