Sanford board adopts majority of Planning Commission edits to Ordinance 1

Board members said the Village will hire a person or firm to assist with the technical mechanics of the ordinance update, including document formatting and map refreshes, and will coordinate a final review with the Building Inspector before publishing the revised ordinance.
The action follows the Planning Commission's review and is intended to modernize the ordinance language and presentation. No timeline was specified for the outside contract or final publication.
