The group reviewed pay applications, change orders and directives, and took the following formal actions: it voted to pay PDS $348,974.41 for pay application #10 dated April 30, 2026 (motion by Bruce Villwock, second by Kevin Boyle; motion carried); it voted to pay Arcadis $10,352.50 for invoice #36123782 dated May 5, 2026 (motion by Ryan Colwell, second by Bruce Villwock; motion carried); and it voted to pay Amity Wilson $105.00 for administrative services for March 2026 (motion by Bruce Villwock, second by Kevin Boyle; motion carried). The three payments sum to $359,431.91.
Committee members also "talked through" state funding for the project; the transcript records discussion of state funding but does not show a formal funding commitment or vote. The meeting record includes a notation that a document from Kim Garvis, ATC, was received (record timestamp May 26, 2026, 12:15 p.m.).
