City Engineer Thomas Deersio had submitted recommended conditions; Councilor Fillo moved to approve the petition with those conditions and the council voted 10‑0.
At a separate public hearing the council considered a National Grid petition (order no. 26‑1009756) to install a 45‑foot H1 midspan pole labeled P850 on Hosmer Street. Applicant Rosa Poachhat described the pole as being placed between the referenced poles and noted it would include recloser/breaker equipment; the city engineer again recommended conditions and Councilor Villo moved to approve with those conditions. The motion passed 10‑0.
Both petitions were approved with the conditions identified by the city engineer; the council record indicates no public speakers opposed either petition during the hearings.
