Houston council approves consent agenda, tables some reports and reviews town projects

Vice Mayor Tina King moved to approve the agenda and Councilman Gregory Gilmore seconded; the motion carried. Mayor Gregory Wingo then moved to approve the consent agenda and Councilman Dave Mutter seconded; the council approved the consent motion, with separate votes to table specific items.
Councilman Dave Mutter moved to table Items A (Code Enforcement Report) and B (council meeting minutes for Oct. 3 and Nov. 7, 2024) until next month; the transcript lists the second as Councilman Mutter as well, which appears to be a transcription error; the minutes record the items as tabled. Mayor Wingo moved to table Item D (Tax Collector Report) until next month, seconded by Vice Mayor Tina King.
