The Hobart City Redevelopment Authority took two procedural actions at its March 5 meeting.
The board tabled application 25-12 (Zachary Tillman) after staff reported the matter is scheduled for city court this month. Members moved, seconded and approved tabling 25-12 pending the outcome of that court proceeding.
Separately, the board removed application 25-17 from the agenda after members said the applicant had not completed required public-notification steps and had not provided requested supplemental materials. A member moved to remove the item, the motion was seconded, and the board approved the removal by voice vote.
Both actions were recorded as voice votes with members responding "Aye." The record does not show a roll-call tally by individual names for those actions. The board did not take further substantive action on either application during the meeting.
