Oconee County postpones vote on additional ARPA funds for Seneca Library ADA ramp

Council member Julian Davis III recommended considering a complete replacement facility and including a satellite tax and tag office in any long-term plan. Council member John Elliott asked about monthly visitor volume at the Seneca Library; Brock said she would retrieve that information from her office computer and provide it later.
