The Delanco Township Committee approved several routine and personnel measures at its June 29 meeting.
Ordinance 2026-9, a second‑reading amendment setting rates of compensation for township officers and employees, was opened for public hearing; no public comment was offered and the committee approved the ordinance by roll call vote (Mr. Bartlett, Mr. McFaden, Mr. Olette, Miss Zeus and Miss Fitzpatrick voting yes). The vote record was announced on the floor.
The committee also approved resolution 202697, promoting Adam Lipick to the rank of sergeant in the Delanco Township Police Department. Lipick was sworn in during the meeting and received applause from attendees.
The consent agenda passed by single motion with roll call. Items listed in the meeting packet included resolution 202698 (reject bid for the 2025 Community Development Block Grant), a refund of construction permit overpayment (resolution 202699), a refund of inspection and application fee overpayment (resolution 2026100), multiple business license approvals, and the payment of bills as presented in the packet. The packet’s bill list total was reported in the meeting documents provided to the committee.
No items on the consent agenda were pulled for separate discussion. The committee indicated routine items would be reflected in the minutes and that any necessary follow‑up would be handled administratively.
The meeting adjourned after further business and public comment.
