Superintendent Carrie Wozniak presented a draft of four goals for a new Fraser Public Schools strategic plan at the board’s April 7 meeting and invited board members to offer feedback and serve on goal teams.
Wozniak said the draft will be presented to staff at an upcoming Development, Professional Practice and Development (DPPD) event and the plan is expected to be finalized in May. Board members were encouraged to review the draft and to participate on goal teams that will guide work over the coming years.
The board did not take formal action on the strategic plan at the meeting; the presentation is part of an ongoing planning process with staff engagement and a planned May finalization.
