Student Affairs committee to review reinstatement petition after Michigan State Police audit of fingerprinting process

Committee members also noted a Michigan State Police review and audit of the district's fingerprinting and criminal history records process that took place Nov. 4, 2025. The committee reviewed a first reading of the October 2025 Thrun Law Policy Update and discussed an overnight field trip request from Deeann Skov, advisor for the Michigan Youth In Government program.
The Student Affairs Committee will continue consideration of these items and will return recommendations as appropriate to the full board.
