Council approves hydrant repair contract, event liquor permit, resolutions and consent agenda

- Resolution 2026-21 (IRRR grant authorization): Councilor Andy MacDonell moved to approve Resolution 2026-21 authorizing the City of Cohasset to apply for and accept Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation (IRRR) Simplified Grant-Development Partnership funds for the Industrial Park Dovetail Boulevard North site; Councilor Andy Haarklau seconded. Vote: unanimous among those present; absent: Shannon Benolken.
- Public hearing for Ordinance No. 52: Councilor Andy MacDonell moved to set a public hearing on Ordinance No. 52 for June 22, 2026, at 7:05 p.m. at Cohasset City Hall; Councilor Kevin Tinquist seconded. Vote: unanimous among those present; absent: Shannon Benolken.
