Economic & Community Development Director Brittany Misner presented the department’s monthly report at the Sept. 8 Planning & Zoning meeting and provided members with a copy of zoning amendment comments and highlights of recommended changes.
Village Zoning Attorney Pete Griggs left before presenting his monthly report; Ms. Misner summarized the zoning amendment comments on his behalf and noted the P&Z Board’s recommended changes. In board discussion, Chair Rick Stoner complimented recent village work such as water-line replacements and resident feedback.
The board scheduled its next regular meeting for Oct. 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
