Richmond Heights council approves four resolutions, holds one on first reading

The City of Richmond Heights City Council unanimously approved four resolutions during its June 23, 2026 meeting, moving swiftly after motions to suspend the rules.
Council President Bobby Jordan opened the actions by moving to suspend the rules on several items; those suspension motions and the subsequent approval motions carried unanimously. The approvals include: an application to the Cuyahoga County Department of Development for the Community Development Supplemental Grant Program (Res. No. 59-2026), an application for the Community Development Block Grant Program (Res. No. 60-2026), authorization to purchase one 2026 Ford Explorer and one 2026 Ford Maverick for the Building Department at pricing below state-cooperative bid levels and trade in unneeded department vehicles (Res. No. 61-2026), and authorization to sell a 2015 Ford F-150 through GovDeals.com (Res. No. 62-2026).
