Hebron takes first step toward Canal Road multiuse path with ODOT engagement

Council also had a first-reading notice for Resolution 25-03, a proposed renewed bulk water sales agreement with the Licking County Board of Commissioners; that agreement was listed for first reading and will return for further action as staff and county negotiations continue.
Next procedural steps for the multiuse-path effort include formal ODOT scoping, consultant selection and subsequent design phases; the village’s staff comments tie the schedule to work this summer but do not specify funding sources or a construction timeline in the meeting minutes.
