• Social services and aging contracts — Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston awarded family‑centered case management (not to exceed $165,385) and transportation services for older adults (not to exceed $59,276 annually).
Budget and capital actions included increases and transfers to capital accounts: $250,000 to Ambulance Equipment, $139,779.78 to an Information Technology project, creation of Courthouse Drainage ($50,100) and Countywide HVAC/Access Control ($125,000) capital accounts, and a $295,097.22 Murray Hill Water Tower Repair account. The Board also closed the Millennium Drive Dialysis capital account and transferred $57,374.45 into the Murray Hill project.
