Staff confirmed the applicant submitted required architectural revisions and a landscape plan after the staff memo was written and found the materials sufficient.
Commissioners asked clarifying questions about compliance history and the newly submitted materials; there were no public objections. A motion to approve the coastal site plan carried unanimously.
The approval allows the applicant to move forward with the construction necessary to elevate the home subject to standard building permits, inspections, and any required coastal/site plan conditions identified in the resolution.
