Commissioners asked whether the unit would be offered at an affordable rent; Wilson said it would be offered at market rate if rented in the future.
Commissioner Jay moved to approve the site plan; the seated commissioners voted unanimously. Staff recommended approval after confirming abutter notification and the completeness of submission materials.
The commission’s action authorizes the applicant to proceed with required building permits and permits the ADU as described in the approved site plan; any future change of use or rental conditions would be subject to standard permitting and code inspections.
