The board approved a motion by Gregory to add a 1% salary increase for the administrative assistant to the FY27 personnel budget; Bart Collins seconded and the motion passed with all three members voting "Aye." Later in the meeting, Town Administrator Bob Graves proposed adding Item 4‑E to Article 4 of the warrant to authorize transfers from sewer reserve funds to pay the town's FY2026 assessments from the Town of Dalton. The amendment specifies two transfers: $5,000 from Sewer I Reserves and $35,000 from Sewer III Reserves to cover the respective FY2026 Dalton assessment bills. Bart Collins moved the warrant amendment; Margaret Gregory seconded, and the board approved it unanimously.
Following those approvals, Collins moved to adopt the FY27 budget as written with the two changes incorporated; Gregory seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board then voted to approve the FY27 warrant as revised and to adjourn the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
