Tracey Tierney moved to approve the Jan. 12 minutes; John Duval seconded the motion and the committee voted unanimously to approve with corrections. Committee members offered thanks to the third-grade presenters and local media coverage and commended the athletic director for his support across districts. On a motion by Adam Emerson, seconded by John Duval, the committee voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 7:59 p.m. The minutes were signed by Superintendent Aaron Dean and Recording Secretary Mary Lisa Irizarry.
