She also reported delinquent payments for December 2025 totaling $12,599. Langford said she will begin preparing materials for the 2026–27 budget and requested that councilmembers complete and return budget documents when delivered.
She additionally said the city will shift sales‑tax reporting one month behind to avoid rushed reporting on meetings that fall on the first business day of the month. No questions were raised by council members during the presentation.
