Councilmember Neil Wakeman moved, supported by Councilmember Shawn Boslooper, to approve the farming agreement under which John Gaynier will pay the city $200; the motion carried on a roll-call vote. Wakeman also moved, supported by Councilmember Joy Perry, to approve the budget amendments as presented; that motion carried on a roll-call vote. The council approved Parks & Rec special-event permit applications and waived the associated fees after the same motion-and-second pattern.
Wakeman moved, supported by Perry, to table use of reserve funds for Lighthouse bathroom repairs until complete bid information is available; the motion carried. Separately, the council moved to table the Fire Hall roof repair bid and discussed rescinding a prior decision to award the roof contract to a different company before taking a new vote.
