Vice President Anita Banach called the Romeo Community Schools Board of Education's special meeting to order at 4:55 p.m. on March 2, 2026, at the administration building's second floor. Six board members were present; Mrs. Eichhorst participated via teleconference.
Board member Boyer moved to approve the meeting agenda; Board member Antoine supported the motion and the agenda was approved, recorded as 6 ayes and 0 nays.
The board then considered Business Services Resolution #11, titled "School of Choice 2026-2027 105/105c Inter-district." Board member Katherine Rice moved to adopt the resolution and Board member Antoine supported. On a roll call vote the board recorded five ayes from Antoine, Banach, Bowman, Boyer and Rice, and one nay from Cichocki; the motion carried and the resolution was adopted.
The board adjourned at 4:57 p.m. after Board member Rice moved to adjourn and Cichocki supported; the adjournment motion passed 6-0. The minutes were approved and signed by Katherine Rice, Secretary.
