North Fond du Lac board approves North Fondy Fest temporary alcohol license and routine business

At its April 7 meeting, the North Fond du Lac Village Board approved routine business, granted a Temporary Class B Retailers License for North Fondy Fest and held a closed session to consider an alcohol operator’s license.
Trustee Mike Will moved and Trustee John Duffy seconded approval of the consent agenda, which included approval of the March 17, 2025 minutes and authorization of invoices; the motion passed with three ayes. The Board then considered a Temporary Class B Retailers License for North Fondy Fest (June 20–22, 2025), naming Andrew Puddy as agent; Trustee John Duffy moved and Trustee Mike Will seconded approval and a waiver of the licensing fee. The motion passed with three ayes.
The Board later moved into closed session at 6:53 p.m. under Wis. Stats. Section 19.85(f) to consider personnel-related data and an alcohol operator’s license; allowed in closed session were applicant Alailah Rivera and Brittany and Lucas Ziegler as employer representatives along with Police Chief Pete Vergos and Administrator Nick Leonard. The Board returned to open session at 7:21 p.m. and adjourned the meeting upon reconvening.
No final disposition of the operator’s license was recorded in the open minutes.
