North Fond du Lac board approves covenants and developer agreement for BE’s Refreshments with design contingencies

Stat. §19.85 for deliberations and negotiations, including consideration of a developer’s agreement. After those closed-session discussions the board voted in open session to approve the developer’s agreement with BE’s Refreshments, LLC on a unanimous roll-call vote (Duffy, Hornung, Streetar, Schaub, Will).
