Sharon Vidal and Jackie Murray volunteered to serve on the subcommittee; Michael Bolognino will draft a summary of responsibilities and establish a schedule for check-ins with Berkshire Design and contractor Clark & Sons.
The group also reviewed project-administration details: Michael Bolognino reported successful reimbursement from the town for prior purchases and emphasized that future committee purchases should use town-approved vendors. The committee confirmed it had obtained the Planning Board special permit for the park and approved covering the required $108 state filing fee using CPA grant funds.
The committee did not specify a formal construction start order beyond the June 16 earliest date; the contractor’s actual start remains contingent on the town parking project completion and final contract review.
The committee scheduled its next meeting for June 21 at 10:00 a.m. and said interim oversight scheduling will be handled via email.
