Fremont County approves building maintenance SOC adjustments and $30,000 courthouse A/C compressor replacement

Building Maintenance Superintendent John Harmelink presented the requested SOC adjustments; the board approved them unanimously on a motion by Ron Fabrizius and seconded by Michael Jones. Harmelink also presented a service-repair report for the courthouse A/C unit and recommended replacing the compressor.
Commissioner Jennifer Wilson moved and Commissioner Ron Fabrizius seconded a motion to accept the $30,000 quote from Johnson Controls Building Solutions LLC for the Trane compressor replacement. The board approved the purchase unanimously and directed that the expense be charged to the Building Maintenance budget.
