The Village Board approved a slate of board and committee appointments and later moved into a closed session to consider an alcohol operator’s license.
Trustees approved appointments including Jim Scharf to the Board of Zoning Appeals (3-year term), John Duffy to the Board of Review (5-year term), library board appointments including Robin Barrett-Papp and Mike Will (filling a county representative role), Randy Stutz to the Police and Fire Commission (5-year term), and multiple Tree Board appointments. The motion to approve appointments was made by Chuck Hornung and seconded by Mike Will and passed unanimously.
At 7:29 p.m. the board moved into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(f) to consider financial, medical, social or disciplinary data of specific persons and to consider an alcohol operator’s license; applicant Michael Ackley and his mother, Linda Dulmas, were present during the closed session. The record shows the board convened in executive session on that statutory basis; the minutes do not record the closed-session outcome. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
