Carleton council approves $216,194.41 in bills, corrects November tally

Council approved the amendment in a roll call motion (moved by Burkardt, seconded by Geiermann) with a recorded 6–0 vote; Bob Pernicano is recorded as having joined the meeting at 6:38 p.m. and participating in that vote.
Both votes were routine approvals recorded in the meeting minutes. No further budget reallocations or spending authorizations were included in the minutes for these line items.
