Carleton council approves $216,194.41 in bills, corrects November tally

The Carleton Village Council approved payments totaling $216,194.41 at its Dec. 2, 2025 meeting and corrected a previous bills total from Nov. 4.
Councilmember Terry Burkardt moved to approve the Dec. 2 bills; Debbie Stolkey seconded. The motion passed on a roll call vote: Geiermann, Feldpausch, Burkardt, Mousel and Stolkey recorded yes votes.
Separately, the council amended the Nov. 4, 2025 bills total. The minutes show the originally approved November total of $101,816.80 was updated after adding three bills totaling $837.00, yielding a corrected total of $102,653.80. Council approved the amendment in a roll call motion (moved by Burkardt, seconded by Geiermann) with a recorded 6–0 vote; Bob Pernicano is recorded as having joined the meeting at 6:38 p.m. and participating in that vote.
Both votes were routine approvals recorded in the meeting minutes. No further budget reallocations or spending authorizations were included in the minutes for these line items.
