The North Berwick Planning Board voted April 9 to accept a revised sketch plan for a six‑unit multifamily building and a single‑family lot split on Brewer/Somersworth Road.
Mike Triglione of Acorn Engineering presented the plan and clarified utilities: the single‑family parcel will connect to public water and use private sewer; the multifamily building will rely on a private well and connect to public sewer. Triglione said he verified capacity with the sewer district.
Mark Reed moved to accept the sketch plan; Justin Perry seconded and the motion passed 5‑0. No further action on the subdivision was recorded at the meeting; the accepted sketch advances the project in the town review process.
