The motion was made by Vice Chair Michael Cannata, seconded by Commissioner Andrew Holt, and passed with all members present voting in favor.
Andrew J. Armstrong, director of planning and development, told commissioners that town staff, including Mr. Driska, recommended releasing the bond. The approval directs planning staff to process the release in accordance with town procedures and to apply any interest due.
