The Kennebunk Climate Action Committee agreed on outreach steps for spring and summer, finalizing a newsletter flyer and staffing plans for a May Day outreach table.
Michael McAtamney said he created an informational flyer from Lisa’s materials; members made a few tweaks and indicated they were happy with the draft. McAtamney said he will submit the flyer to the town with the hope it will be approved in time for distribution on May Day, and the committee also discussed producing another flyer later in the summer.
For May Day, Michael McAtamney, Tom Wellman and Lisa (Pagano) said they will staff the table. McAtamney said he would check whether Joshua Tabor had reserved the table. Lisa Pagano will bring paint for activities and Mary Naples provided sample items for painting.
The minutes record agreement to proceed with outreach but do not include a timeline for production beyond the May Day target or specific distribution quantities.
