Actions recorded and their outcomes: approval of the Sept. 17, 2018 minutes (motion by Commissioner Buford Reed, second by Commissioner Carl Buckner); approval of the 4th Quarter Financial Report (motion by Commissioner Buford Reed, second by Commissioner David Shepard); Extension of Cleave Road maintenance from 0.20 miles to 0.23 miles (Resolution 10-2018-04; motion by Commissioner Buford Reed, second by Commissioner Randy Simpkins); amendments to school-related budgets for Fund 141, Fund 142, and Fund 143 (Resolution 10-2018-05; motion by Commissioner David Shepard, second by Commissioner Becky Spicer); establishing a three-way stop at Ridge Road and Sycamore Road (Resolution 10-2018-06; motion by Commissioner Randy Simpkins, second by Commissioner James C. Sinai fish fry Oct. 20 at 4:00 p.m.), and adjournment at 7:20 P.M. The next regular session was scheduled for Nov. 19, 2018 at 7:00 P.M.
