Alderman Jody Hensley moved to approve the rezoning and Vice Mayor Drew Campbell seconded the motion. Roll-call votes were recorded as Yes from Hensley, Nance, Campbell, Chandler and Bouldin, and the first reading passed unanimously. Council did not record additional conditions or an ordinance number beyond the first-reading designation during the meeting.
