The Ontario City Council on Jan. 20 adopted a resolution establishing new commercial and wholesale fees for use of the Ontario Net fiber optics network.
City Clerk summarized the fee schedule and confirmed that notice of the public hearing was given and affidavits of compliance were on file. With no members of the public offering comment, Councilmember Bridal moved to approve the item, and Councilmember Wapner seconded. Council proceeded with the vote and the measure passed after the roll-call affirmation.
Council did not request additional study or amendments; staff indicated the updated materials will be incorporated into the public record.
