Smith-Green board approves consent agenda, personnel appointments and advertisement for 2026 CPF hearing

The Smith-Green Community Schools Board of Trustees approved routine business items and personnel changes at its Aug. 18 regular meeting.

The board considered a consent agenda that included proposed fundraisers — a girls flag-football donation sale on Aug. 14 and a high-school band sale Nov. 3–14 — and a motion was made to approve the consent agenda "as presented." During the personnel report, the board recorded several staffing changes.
