During Old Business trustees discussed multiple ongoing capital, policy and personnel matters. The board said it is continuing to seek information on capital funds to replace windows and noted a Code of Conduct remains pending town legal approval.
Donna Mingrone reported she had spoken with Carol about additional Pocket Park artwork and landscaping. The board made and approved a motion to allow Roberta to develop ideas more formally; designs will be returned to the Board of Trustees for approval, then forwarded to the Arts & Culture Committee and the Board of Selectmen as needed.
Trustees tabled a decision on online banking until further town discussion because of municipal participation costs. They continued discussion on a human-resources recommendation to move the Registrar of Voters from the second floor and noted that requests for staff evaluations, job descriptions and contracts remain pending. The town authorized researching an elevator grant, and the board is seeking town support to wash and repair the roof. In New Business the board discussed the cost for Lathrop to return to present plans and tabled that item until after the town budget cycle. The meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
