Library trustees approve amended April minutes and accept Treasurer’s report

Deep River Public Library trustees met May 11 and unanimously approved the April 13 minutes with an amendment changing a figure from 0.30% to 30% and accepted the Treasurer’s report.
Michael Pulver, presenting the Treasurer’s report, said the Liberty Checking account had an ending balance of $5,850.00 with a pending payment to contractor Lathrop of approximately $4,200. He reported a Liberty Money Market balance of $39,833.16 and a Citizens' (town funding) account balance of $9,802.41. On motion made and seconded, the trustees voted unanimously to approve the Treasurer’s report.
The board recorded no correspondence and conducted routine business before moving to other agenda items. The meeting was called to order by Donna Mingrone and adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
