Select Board approves Stevie G's switch to full on‑premises alcohol license

The Cohasset Select Board voted unanimously March 24 to approve Steviegs Restaurant Cohasset LLC d/b/a Stevie G's application to trade an M.G.L. c. 138, §12 on‑premises Wine & Malt license for an M.G.L. c. 138, §12 on‑premises All Alcoholic Beverage License following a public hearing.
Andrew Loconsolo, representing Stevie G's via Zoom, told the board the conversion would allow the Cohasset beverage menu to match “their original restaurant in Rockland.” He also said the Cohasset location serves breakfast and lunch.
Select Member Paul Grady moved to approve the license conversion; Select Member David Farrag seconded the motion and the board voted all Aye. The board then closed the public hearing on the application.
The license change was acted on by vote at the March 24 meeting; any required state approvals beyond the Select Board decision were not discussed in the meeting record.
