Commissioner Rod Reynolds moved to approve the exemption applications; Commissioner Kevin Swanson seconded the motion. The board voted in favor: Reynolds, Bill Stewart, Joe Richeson, Kevin Swanson and PJ Jacobson voted aye; there were no nays. The parcels listed in the motions were identified as 240104951, 240151267, 240096819, 240105052 and 240109465 and were approved via Forms 451 – Exemption Application filed by The Crossing Fellowship of Gothenburg.
Earlier in the brief session the board approved the June 22, 2026 regular meeting minutes. That motion was made by Commissioner Rod Reynolds and seconded by Commissioner Joe Richeson; the vote was unanimous.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman PJ Jacobson, and County Clerk Michaela Arndt certified the proceedings and the availability of the agenda and minutes for public inspection. The board adjourned at 9:02 a.m.
No additional motions, conditions, or follow-up tasks were recorded in the minutes for the exemption approvals.
