Other routine business: The council approved a free swim day at the Chadron Area Aquatics and Wellness Center on June 21, 2026; approved applications under the Sidewalk Improvement Plan for FY 2025‑2026 (two applications totaling $3,840; $30,000 had been authorized previously); and approved the claims list that included multiple departmental charges and a State Revolving Loan principal and interest payment to NDEE of $89,448.66.
All roll call votes for these items were recorded as Aye: Andersen, Graves, Klein, Oleksy, Shepherd; Nay: None. The meeting adjourned at 7:00 PM.
