Each item was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote after committee recommendation; no public comments were recorded on these items.
Board members confirmed the routine nature of the committee referrals and advanced the changes without additional amendments. The IDFC item (cameras in special‑education classrooms) drew brief acknowledgment from the chair and was voted on alongside the other committee recommendations. All policy items were approved by majority voice vote and will be reflected in the board’s policy manual per the standard adoption process.
The approvals close the committee review stage and send finalized language to the district policy records; no implementation dates or budgetary impacts were announced at the meeting.
