Council asks chiefs and manager to draft dispatch policies after review of recent fire call; approves National Night Out funding approach

Councilmember Flaherty proposed earmarking donations in the Capital Improvement fund; Council approved proceeding with the event and depositing any donated funds into the Capital Improvement fund.
The council made the decisions by unanimous vote; staff were directed to draft formal dispatch policy language and to proceed with event planning for National Night Out.
