The Denison City Council approved a slate of routine and project-related items at its April 15 meeting.
The council unanimously approved the consent agenda, which included minutes, bills, liquor licenses, and a special event permit. It approved the Federal Aviation Administration Outlay Report and Federal Financial Report for Project 3-19-0026-017 (FY21). The council approved Amendment #2 to the LMI Income Verification with Region XII Council of Governments, removing the phrase “homebuyer eligibility” and replacing it with “sidewalk repair program” language, and approved that amendment subject to cancellation.
The council approved the Tyler Technologies Software as a Service agreement. It approved Pay Application 6 from Jensen Builders for the Crawford County Wellness Center project in the amount of $246,726.61 and approved Change Request 6 in the amount of ($10,440.00). Council introduced Resolution #2025-18 and set a public hearing for Budget Amendment #2 for May 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
All motions recorded on the meeting passed unanimously by the members in attendance. Staff were directed to bring several ordinance drafts back to a future agenda for additional review.
