Concerns were raised about raising allowed sign area and the visual effect along Route 7; Jim Kelly said the change effectively increases allowable sign size and urged caution. The Planning Board said the revision cleans up confusing language rather than expanding allowances.
The article passed by the necessary two-thirds majority, 93 yes to 39 no, and the bylaw language will be updated as printed in the warrant.
