The committee’s decisions are recommendations for city council review; Paul Prince, the council liaison (S3), advised the group to decide soon how to present its work product to council (format and who will present) and said he would check procedural questions such as whether the committee needs to convene a final, narrowly focused meeting to approve materials per the interim city secretary’s guidance.
Next steps: staff (as directed by the committee) will consolidate the agreed edits, prepare the alternate transition exhibit for 2027, and return a clean draft for the committee to forward to council (likely on a consent agenda).
