Committee approves red curb, declines blue-curb disabled parking at East 12th Street pending documentation

After discussion of site-specific factors — including driveway access, grading and the presence of only a single valid placard — the committee moved to approve staff’s recommendation to install a red curb for the time being and to consider the blue-curb request again if the resident meets the documented requirements.
