During the meeting legislators considered and acted on a series of draft resolutions. Highlights and committee outcomes include:
- Draft resolution 1: Renew Rose Lawn Care snow-plowing and salting agreement (two 1-year terms; not to exceed $10,454.50). Committee moved and seconded the draft and approved forwarding it to the full board.

A demolition contract funded by a CDBG imminent threat grant to remove a condemned village structure (~$21,400) was similarly approved for forwarding.
Most committee votes were taken by voice and recorded as "All in favor say 'I'" with no roll-call tallies reported in the transcript. All motions referenced above were carried in committee and will proceed to the full board for final action.
