Commissioner Lee moved to adopt the item and Commissioner Ehart supported the motion. The board approved the item by voice vote; the clerk noted the motion was carried.
The agreement was presented as NFA029-25. The board conducted the action as an amendment to the published agenda and then considered and approved the motion in open session.
