Commissioners honor Nancy Rich for 20-plus years of county technology service

The Sand Lake County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 16 adopted a resolution honoring Nancy Rich for more than 20 years of service as the county’s information systems director.
Commissioner Roger Ballard read the resolution, which traces Rich’s start as a part-time information systems director on Aug. 31, 2005, her transition to full-time director on April 18, 2016, and her contributions to county technology stability and efficiency. Commissioners and colleagues congratulated Rich and offered well wishes as she moves into retirement.
The board formally presented the resolution at the meeting and voted to adopt it. Commissioners noted Rich’s long service and personal contributions to county operations; the resolution will be entered into the county proceedings.
