Milford Conservation Commission approves routine compliance items and determinations at April 23 meeting

At its April 23 meeting the Milford Conservation Commission recorded unanimous votes on several routine items. Members approved the March 26 meeting minutes and voted to issue a Certificate of Compliance for 335 West Street (DEP 223-551), clearing title for an expired Order of Conditions where no work was started.
In public hearings the commission closed hearings and issued negative determinations for two projects: a modification at the existing gas station on 390 East Main Street (representative Elizabeth Martin of NSTAR) and residential improvements at 27 Virgina Drive (applicants Craig Cygawski and Kevin O'Brein). The 27 Virgina Drive determination was conditioned on installation of the proposed erosion controls shown on the project plans.
All motions recorded in these items passed by a 6–0 vote. The meeting adjourned at 8:59 p.m.
